At Insta Brands Culture, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Period
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items bought on sale or during promotions

Customized or made-to-order products

Undergarments, intimate wear, or items of a personal nature

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to request an exchange, please email us at instabrandsculture@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment or bank transfer (as applicable).
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your bank or card provider (refunds may take time to reflect).

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift coupon will be emailed to you.
